BREEAM Excellent

Eleven Brindleyplace is the first building on the Brindleyplace estate to achieve BREEAM Excellence. As part of the sustainable design, the Delmatic system provides energy-efficient presence detection and daylight-linked dimming throughout the building coupled with solar scheduling and photocell control of external and landscape lighting. The system monitors lighting energy consumption through virtual metering and integrates with the building central battery emergency system in core areas for management and monitoring.

Fully flexible to suit changing tenant needs

The system provides total flexibility for incoming tenants to configure the system in their demise to suit their individual requirements. Graphical software enables lighting groupings to be configured and adapted to suit partitioning and zoning as well as enabling tenants to customise lighting levels, scenes and scenarios to suit their individual preferences and use of the space.

Tenants can select from a menu of mix and match enhancements including web browser and IP phone control as well as connected controls and optimisation.
