Full LED and DALI scheme with e-monitoring and testing

A former car park in the centre of Hammersmith has been transformed into a stunning office development with roof terraces and vibrant public realm.

The building is fully kitted out with LED lighting and a Delmatic DALI lighting and emergency management system.

Project information

The 167,000 sq ft, 11-storey building is designed to BREEAM Excellent standard and features triple glazed cladding to provide a visually stunning yet, power utilisation supplemented by and illumination by a full LED lighting system.

The Delmatic DALI system optimises efficiency within the BREEAM Excellent building through a combination of presence detection, absence detection and daylight-harvesting. The latest-generation system provides fully flexible management of lighting across the office floors as well as within shell and core landlord’s areas coupled with comprehensive management and monitoring of building emergency lighting throughout the project.

DALI plug-in modules provide total flexibility within office areas and avoid traditional on-site addressing of lighting while DALI Broadcast modules control lighting within the core areas of the building.

Coordinated internal and external lighting scenes provide dynamic elements

Scene-setting within reception and public areas combines scene selection with colour changing DALI / DMX control while by night, coordinated internal and external lighting schemes ensure that the building continues to be constantly changing.
