Victoria Plaza at 111 Buckingham Palace Road, London is a state-of-the-art office building owned by Press Holdings Group, the publishing business owners of the Telegraph Media Group and �The Daily Telegraph�.

The building is located close to Whitehall and Westminster - �right at the centre of the action for business, commerce and politics� - and boasts approximately 24,000 sq.m of office space spread across four floors, two of which are occupied by �The Telegraph� with the remainder let to tenants. The size of the floor plates means that for the first time the entire �Telegraph� editorial staff will be housed on a single floor, spanning 6,000 sq.m.

A Delmatic lighting management system provides fully flexible switching and dimming of lighting throughout the building. Within �The Telegraph� floors the system has been expanded and enhanced to incorporate energy efficient presence detection and Dali digital dimming as well as scene-setting dimming within the cinema.
