Amiri Diwan (Doha Palace), Doha, Qatar

The new Amiri Diwan Palace is a project of enormous proportions and grandeur while its prominent location on the Corniche in the centre of the city makes it one of Doha�s most impressive landmarks and a focal point of the city skyline.

The Palace is equipped with a Delmatic site-wide lighting management switching and architectural dimming system which controls lighting throughout public and private, residential and ministerial areas. The three-phase switching and dimming system incorporates heavy-duty switching and dimming racks with incoming isolation, MCB protection, and plug-in interchangeable switching and dimming modular hardware. Custom-manufactured scene-set panels enable a selection of lighting scenes to be activated within each area while the complete system is centrally monitored and controlled from consoles at two locations within the building.
