The Qube is a dazzling new development in the Fitzrovia business district comprising 10,000 sq m of office accommodation arranged around a central atrium. The building also contains extensive ground floor retail accommodation fronting Tottenham Court Road and seven residential apartments.

The Delmatic system provides individual addressable control of every office luminaire with integrated control of landlords core lighting: tenants are able to customise the system within the area through the connection of presence and multisensors as well as upgrades to dimming and scene-setting.
