Queen Victoria Street, London The 99-101 Queen Victoria Street office complex comprises the 5,000 sq.m new international headquarters for the Salvation Army at 101 Queen Victoria Street and an adjacent 10,000 sq.m landmark speculative office building at 99 Queen Victoria Street. The Salvation Army is the largest voluntary care organisation in the world and the building is appropriately welcoming in its design. The lower three floors comprise cafe, board rooms and meetings rooms and executive offices while the upper three floors are open plan offices. The focus of the building is the full-glazed chapel, exhibition area and vibrant public caf� where staff can interact with visitors. The adjoining speculative office building consists of 6 floors of flexible office space with a glazed central reception atrium running the full height of the building. The development is equipped with a fully addressable lighting management system which provides flexible and highly functional office spaces. |
