Sabanci University is a new private institution that ranks among the most technologically advanced in the world. The 230-acre campus serves 3,000 students in a complex encompassing over 1.5 million square feet. The 400,000 volume academic library is the symbolic focus of the campus, surrounded by the academic core, student and faculty housing, the country's largest university centre, and a full range of indoor and outdoor facilities for sports and recreation.

The Delmatic system provides addressable switching and dimming of lighting throughout the seven main educational buildings. The system combines energy-efficient local control and dimming within classrooms with central management and monitoring of the site-wide lighting installation from the site control centre.
