JAL Towers is a twin tower complex situated in a premium location on the Sheikh Zayed Road.

The JAL Tower Dubai Hotel is home to 470 rooms and suites, a business centre, meeting room facilities, health club and spa while the adjacent office tower provides 55 storeys of high class accommodation.

A Delmatic system provides scene-setting control within hotel public areas as well as control of lighting throughout the office tower shell and core areas and the adjoining carpark building. The system comprises lighting control modules, presence detectors and multisensors and provides full management and monitoring of lighting within both towers from a networked head-end PC.
