Next phase at Forbury Place

Delmatic have been awarded the next phase of Forbury Place – Reading’s newest urban business district. Forbury Place has transformed the area and, with global companies occupying the earlier phases of the project, is already an established hub for business.

An advanced Delmatic DALI system provides fully flexible control of lighting throughout the office floors as well as within shell and core areas coupled with comprehensive management and monitoring of building emergency lighting. Presence detection, absence detection and daylight linking / harvesting optimise energy efficiency while the complete system is managed and monitored through graphical network software.
